In the world of music production, the media tradition of fumbled representation and lack of equity are thriving wildly while continuing to contribute to unsafe work environments for non-male artists and techs. According to a study by USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, the percentage of women represented among producers, beatmakers, sound engineers, and sound designers are between 2% and 5%.

Run by RGE Founder Diana Hellson, RGE Studios offers a multi-media production space available to creatives from all walks of life. RGE Studios strives to maintain a truly comfortable environment conducive to maximizing artist confidence and encourages artist autonomy. Honouring the true vision of the artists who become our clients and ensuring that they walk away with a Final Version that gives them project satisfaction is our top priority. Sound artists who work with Diana and RGE Studios enjoy specialized production support that accomodates artists who are non-male. neurodivergent, bipoc lgbtq2s+, making a sober journey, or who require a combination of industry services/supports.
